Physical Products (Artifacts & Jewelry) We take pride in our premium craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your physical purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at support@ardentbear.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom-made or personalized items are exempt from this return policy unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right via replacement or full refund.
